Mr. Klenoff is a seasoned corporate lawyer with a strong financial background. Mr. Klenoff regularly represents entrepreneurs, emerging growth companies, successful midsize companies and real estate developers in a broad variety of transactions.

He has significant experience with formative counseling, structuring equity ownership, early-stage financings, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and complex commercial and corporate contracts.
